Terms & Conditions

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to your scheduled event, as specified in your rental agreement. Reservations are not confirmation until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable. We understand plans can change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for additional details.

Delivery & Setup

Customers must provide a safe, level, and accessible location for trailer placement. Adequate space must be available for delivery, setup, and removal. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, relocation, or delays.

Customer Responsibilites

Customers are responsible for ensuring the restroom trailer is used properly throughout the rental period. Any damage, vandalism, excessive cleaning, or misuse may result in additional charges.

Utilities & Operation

Electrical and water requirements will be discussed prior to delivery. Customers are responsible for providing agreed-upon utility connections unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Cleaning & Maintenance

All trailers are delivered clean and ready for use. Glow Luxe Loo handles standard cleaning and servicing. Excessing waste, damage, or cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional fees.

Liability

Glow Luxe Loo is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including utility failures, unsafe site conditions, or improper use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Rental Period & Additional Fees

Rental periods are established at booking. Extensions, additional servicing, or services beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges.

Agreement

By reserving a restroom trailer from Glow Luxe Loo, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable rental agreement.
